Oh yeah! Lee Minho’s got a new drama, and he’s smokin hot in it! It’s got intrigue and spies, revenge and love. All good stuff! Plus, 6 episodes in, and Minho’s got two nekkid shots already! (Okay ,so he’s not really naked. Mostly it’s just his nekkid back in the shower. But fangirls will take what they can get!) And the two main characters already kissed ! But it’s not what you would expect.
The only downside that I see is his weird salmon colored pants and mushroom hairdo. Other than those two, the story is coming along great, and there are lots of cute scenes between the leads!
Go watch it!

I think he should really start learning English , stat! :) And that pants style really has to go. I don’t understand why they’re trying to make it the “in” thing nowadays. I just looks awkward to me. It’s like he had a sudden growth spurt and his pants don’t fit right anymore. lol!

Minho was the only Korean male guest invited to watch the show last September 11. According to the allkpop report, he was even mistaken for one of the models! hahaha! How cute is that? He surely can be a Lacoste model, no doubt about that! He’s got the height and the looks! It’s time for him to learn English, stat!! Then he can do jobs in the US!

Two cuties sharing a meal together.
I guess these boys really are close friends huh? Kim Bum looks like a cute little boy with that pose. hahaha!I wish I could be there too! I wonder if I’d be able to eat around them? I’d probably too nervous and starstruck. hahaha!

Ok this is kinda old, but I just watched it a while ago and I find it really amusing.
Sandara Park of 2NE1 was popular in the Philippines even before she became a celebrity in South Korea. She was known as Sandy or Krung Krung (a slang word meaning kooky). This interview was done because Dara and Lee Minho (BoF) had a commercial together for Cass Beer. She even taught Minho to say “Mahal ko kayo” ( I love you all) to his Filipino fans. It’s cute how he was kinda shy to say it. hehe. And Sandy is good with languages ,eh? She knows Korean of course, then English, then Tagalog.
And here’s their CF:

He’s so cute even if his dancing is kinda dorky. Love the yellow and white outfit too.

AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!! It’s the KISS!And not just any kiss you would see in K-dramas ! It’s actually a REAL kiss and not just a smack then a pause then the director cuts the scene. This was a full make out scene! Well, of course, Jin-ho was doing the most kissing, but still …AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!! It really got me excited! Hmmm…as a fan and avid viewer…I think Min-ho really put a lot of himself into this particular scene? I mean, that kiss looked yummy! HAHAHAHA!
Here are even more close ups:
When I saw this scene in episode ten (and I’m talking about the drama Personal Taste) , I just exploded with joy! I really want these two characters to be together! I sincerely hope this isn’t just Jin-ho’s imagination!! (But I still have a feeling it is.)
I am still all flustered about this and I’ve watched episodes 8, 9 and 10 repeatedly! I think 3 times already since yesterday? I can’t wait for the next episodes!!! 6 more to go before the series ends!
I love you Jin-ho ssi and Kae-in ssi! Please just confess everything and be happy together! I’m sure Kae-in will forgive you because she’s already so in love. AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

I’m currently watching this Korean Drama starring Lee Min-ho and Son Ye-jin. Eight episodes into the series and I’m completely and irrevocably in love with the story and its characters!
Lee Min-ho is Jeon Jin-ho, an architect who befriends and becomes housemates with Son Ye-jin’s character Park Kae-in. The only reason Jin-ho wants to live in Kae-in’s house is because he’s trying to study her famous house for a big project. And the only reason Kae-in lets him live in the house is because she’s broke and she thinks he’s gay.
I personally believe that Min-ho’s acting has improved. He’s still got the Gu Jun-pyo vibe going, which I love, but at the same time he’s more mature and thankfully, his character in this show has more depth and complexity. He also has good comedic timing. And of course, female fans can’t help but fall in love with him when he smiles, because it’s really infectious and just so adorable.
Son Ye-jin’s acting on the other hand, is really top notch. I cry when she cries, I laugh when she gets into crazy situations and the intensity she brings on screen is just undeniable. I’d love to be her friend. I’ve seen her in the movie Into the White Night where she played such a dark, cold character and here in Personal Taste she’s naive, sweet and just a genuine kind of person. And that scene in episode 7 or 8 where she writes on Jin-ho’s back and she’s in the V.O. saying that she hopes in their next life Jin-ho could come back to her as a man who could love a woman, it just tugged at my heartstrings. It shows how completely she has accepted him and how much she has fallen in love. (Awww.)
Although I would have loved to see Min-ho (who’s 23 years) with someone younger than Ye-jin (she’s 28 and it shows) , I think the pairing works well. They are believable in their characters and they’ve become fictional people who I’ve come to care about. I know a lot of the audience say right now that they want to have a gay best friend just like Jin-ho, so they can watch tv in their pajamas and shop together , but I think what they really want is a guy like Jin-ho to fall in love with them. He’s just a sweetheart. A bit stolid, but a really nice and vulnerable deep down. Nobody wants to fall in love with a gay guy because that’s just a sure ticket to heartbreak.
I wonder how episode 9 this week goes. I want to be surprised! Which is rare for me because I’m usually the type of person who reads the last pages of a book ! congratulate me since I’ve successfully refrained from reading the spoilers and the review/synopsis of the book this drama is based on!
